Enid: Breasts like Martinis by Jill McDonough

Last year when I was going through a manic period I wrote a 120k novel manuscript set in Boston and I bought this collection by Jill McDonough just on the strength of her being a queer woman and professor at UMass.

I’m not quite sure whether my favourite is this one or Three a.m. , but I love the sense of closeness and solidarity between the women in both poems.
